Shipping & Order Processing What forms of payment do you accept?We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as well as payments by PayPal.When will my order ship?Most orders are processed within 1-2 business day of receipt of payment. How much is shipping?Orders shipping within the continental United States with an order value of $99 or greater (excluding taxes) receive free shipping via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. U.S. orders with a total value less than $99 receive $6.95 flat rate shipping via Ground shipping. What is your return/exchange policy?We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, simply return it for a full refund (less original shipping charges) or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item(s). Please note: Final Sale items cannot be returned. How do I return a product? To return merchandise, ship your item(s) to: Three Daisies, P.O. Box 513, Novato, CA. 94948. Please mail your package to us by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (insurance is recommended). If we shipped an incorrect item we will ship the correct item at no cost to you. If you are making an exchange we will ship your new merchandise with no additional shipping or handling charges. To make an exchange, return the item(s) to us and indicate which item you would like to exchange. We will contact you via email if an item is not in stock. Returns or exchanged items must be received within 14 days of receipt of your item(s). Items must be returned in the original condition with tags still attached. Items smelling of smoke, worn, washed or in otherwise not new condition are not eligible for return/exchange. These items will be returned to you are your cost.
