Shipping & Handling: Currently, Three Daisies ships only to U.S. destinations. We charge a flat rate shipping charge of $6.95 for all orders up to $99. Orders $99 or more qualify for our free shipping offer. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional charge (options are available at checkout.) Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We also offer a discounted shipping charge of $2.50 for small orders of $21 and under.
Order Processing Most orders are processed within 1 business day of receipt of payment. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.
Free Shipping offer Free shipping is available only to destinations in the continental US and is shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service at the sole discretion of Three Daisies based upon our judgement of combined best cost and best speed to your delivery location. Free shipping, when offered, is applicable to orders totaling at or above $99. Three Daisies reserves the right to modify or suspend our free shipping offer at any time. If you return item(s) from an order that received free shipping, you will be charged $6.95 for the original shipping charges.
Returns & Exchanges: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, simply return it for a full refund (less original shipping charges) or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item(s). Items received after the 14 day return period will receive store credit. Please note: Final Sale items cannot be returned.
To return merchandise, ship your item(s) to: Three Daisies, P.O. Box 513, Novato, CA. 94948. Please mail your package to us by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (insurance is recommended). If we shipped an incorrect item we will ship the correct item at no cost to you.
If you are making an exchange we will ship your new merchandise with no additional shipping or handling charges. To make an exchange, return the item(s) to us and indicate which item you would like to exchange. We will contact you via email if an item is not in stock. Returns or exchanged items must be received within 14 days of receipt of your item(s). Items must be returned in the original condition with tags still attached. Items smelling of smoke, worn, washed or in otherwise not new condition are not eligible for return/exchange. These items will be returned to you at your cost. |
